I'm so tired! coz now my shift change again. so currently training period, then have to work 730am to 4pm. If there is not enough staff, then have to work from 730am to 730pm! everyday has to wake up at 530am, & can only sleep at 11pm! at this rate, I think I will die of lack of sleep~ I wanted to sleep earlier de, but dunno why, sometimes got alot of things to do. then if work till 730pm, I only reach home around 830pm~ how to sleep earlier?!
